Prity Banerjee is a nationally recognized social activist, youth mentor, and leadership coach, known for her work in advancing child wellbeing, emotional health, and social justice across India. Her work has empowered thousands of children, young people, and families to build safer, more compassionate, and emotionally resilient communities.

As the Founder of Little Umbrella Foundation, Prity has impacted over 1 lakh children, mentored 500+ students, and supported countless young individuals in developing confidence, leadership, and a sense of purpose. Her work focuses on nurturing emotionally strong, socially aware youth who are equipped to create meaningful change.

Holding dual master’s degrees in Performing Arts and Management Studies, she brings a unique blend of empathy, creativity, and strategic leadership to her initiatives. Her areas of expertise include emotional wellbeing, child rights, gender justice, women’s empowerment, and youth development.
